My backpack was returned with valuables that had been inside missing: my headphones and kindle

Dear KitzSkiXpress Team,
Thank you for your prompt response and for clarifying your position regarding the recent incident. I would like to acknowledge that the team on the bus appeared to have taken care to store loose items into the backpack, which we greatly appreciate.
However, I must respectfully point out that the company does bear a degree of responsibility in this situation.
As Konke Radlow already mentioned in his review, we were a group of three who missed the return journey due to a 45+ minute wait time at the F3 lift (we arrived there at 15:00) with no alternative route back to the bus, as the 3S had already closed. While we fully acknowledge this was our fault for not anticipating the bottleneck, the subsequent handling of our belongings raises concerns.
According to your own policy outlined in the FAQs, bus items should have been unloaded at Kitzbühel. This standard was not followed in our case. Furthermore, there was absolutely no way to contact either the company or the bus staff on the day of the incident, which left us with no immediate recourse. Lastly, despite the bus being fully booked that day, and us missing the return journey, our luggage (2x board bags, 2x pairs of shoes) was unloaded and left at the ZOB.
Additionally, all three of our backpacks (which we did manage to get back) were systematically searched, and all valuables were removed from each of them. I have geo-location data showing the current position of my AirPods, should you wish to investigate this theft further. I want to clarify that I am in no way assigning direct blame to any of your employees. However, the unfortunate reality remains that this theft occurred, and our bags were returned to us with valuables missing.
I hope this feedback can assist in refining your procedures to prevent similar situations for future guests. Should you require any additional details or evidence regarding the matter, I am more than willing to provide it.
